Hello, after connecting the Pico I can’t control it, I get the message “This device hasn’t updated all of its status.”
I have reset and reconnected it several times, but always get the same result
Has anyone else had a similar problem?

Did you install the vendor supported Edge driver?
Thanks for the response. Yes, I tried, and I have the same message.
The ST app is expecting some capability to be populated and the device is not supplying a response for it. I’d do some driver logging at this point using the ST CLI. Download the binary to your Linux/Windows/macOS computer and use the command “smartthings edge:drivers:logcat” and select the appropriate driver. Then click on the device in the ST app or pull down to refresh the data. Cut and paste the output here using the Preformatted Text option from the gear menu.

You might have to delete the device and add it again after you have switched the driver.
The same result
Then you don’t have the vendor’s driver installed and the device is not using it

Thanks for helping me.
Ultimately, I found the cause of the problem. I enabled Zigbee secure mode
in the hub options, and after a few minutes, Pico started working.
Why was it disabled in the first place?
I don’t remember why I disabled it. The configuration must have been loaded from an old hub from a few years ago that I haven’t used for a long time.
Recently, after moving, I wanted to get back into smart things, and Pico is the first device I’ve just connected.
