I have an Aeotec multisensor connected to a smartthings hub. I want to be alerted when the sensor is moved “tampered with”. If I look at the device status it will instantly show that the device is tampered each time I move it, but I am not getting an alert. I am getting a notification within the notification section of the SM app. I currently have a routine set up to alert me if there is a tampered alert, but no alert happens. On the other hand, I can set it to turn a light on when the device is tampered with. That works, but the alert does not. I am new to the automation world, so any help would be appreciated.
