Aeon Labs Minimote with SmartThings?

I recently added an Aeon Labs Minimote and I am having what appear to be key bounce problems. I press a key once, and my SmartThings hub records multiple keypress events. This causes whatever action I’ve linked to that button to trigger multiple times.

Does anyone else have this problem? Any solutions?

What device handler are you using? You might want to try out this new one. It’s been working great for me:

Decided to write out an updated Aeon Minimote device handler so I could do testing without having the remote in hand all the time. I’ve seen great ideas like the one that installs an individual virtual button per button device selected via Virtual Buttons SmartApp, but didn’t feel like having my device list spammed with each button as an additional device. So I went ahead and upgraded the tiles for the SmartThings Aeon Minimote device handler. Would be cool to get the main Aeon Minimote device handler updated with the UI, but haven’t had time to look through submitting pull requests and requirements/acceptable standards yet. My Minimote starting acting odd last night. When I the button to turn lights on or off, it sends both commands. The lights will instantly come on, and then, they will go off. If you look at the activity logs, it shows that the light were sent the on command and then sent the off command, but I only pressed the button once. (If they are already on, the reverse happens.) Anyone else seeing this? Everything seems to work fine through the mobile app, and all my scheduled and presence events are working fine. It’s just the Minimote that’s giving me weirdness. (Oh, and I did power cycle my hub. It didn’t help.) Any thoughts would be appreciated! Thanks!
