Advice on dim up/down with button press

Hi folks,

I need your guidance on how to setup an IKEA button as a dimmer. My goal is to have the up button press as a +10% brightness on a light and the down button as a -10%. For the life of me, I cant figure out how to do this (and WebCore isnt an option). Can anyone suggest a way to achieve this?
