My ADT ST hub has been working great until 10/23.
Suddenly it went offline and Alexa/Google can’t communicate with SmartThings sensors.
The hub still has steady green light and doesn’t show any error message.
All sensors can still communicate with hub properly. I can arm and disarm through penal without any issue.
But Smarthings App shows hub is offline.
SmartThings online Account shows the hub is inactive since 10/23.
So I can’t control thought App and Alexa/Google anymore…
Rebooting my home network and reconnecting the ADT hub’s wifi can’t fix it.
