ADT Door Window Sensor - How to exit home without disarming

I just set up my home with the ADT hub and accompanying sensors and have a question. Here’s the situation:

The hub is set to Armed Stay since i’m at home
The front door has a sensor and the security setting is “entry/exit”
I would like to walk out that door without the alarm going off and also have it remain on Armed Stay.

Currently, i’m having to Disarm the system, open and exit through the door, and then Arm again after I’m outside.

There should be an option for quick exit. You push that on the panel and it will restart your exit delay so you can leave.
