Account Sharing - Not same options for smartapps?

When account sharing was enabled, my wife added me to our SmartThings home and everything seemed cool. But as the user who was added to the home, I don’t have the option to add new SmartApps to the home.

My marketplace section only shows the option to add new Things to the house, not install new SmartApps. Is there a way to give everyone in the family access to installing SmartApps as well?
