Both android wear and smartthings have IFTTT channels, so you can get some integration that way. The problem is the usual up to 15 minute polling delay. So that way is simple, but maybe not practical for most things. There are a couple of community members who’ve already tackled the issue. This one uses Tasker: And this guy wrote his own android wear app called clever objects which you can get in the Google store.
