Hi friends, this error happened again, I opened ticket #1314818.
I’m migrating my devices that use DTH cloud to driver running locally. I’m pairing the devices and putting slightly different names to avoid this error, yet again a corrupt device happened and I can’t figure out which one to remove.
Hey @Brad_ST , Having the same issue, Error 500 when trying to access hubs or devices. Not sure what happened, I did some clean up last night and deled some old Alexa virtual devices. Tried all the different fixes in the forum’s, but nothing works. Opened a ticket with support but no reply yet.
JKP, thank you, I opened a ticket # 1325424 and they replied with the usual , clear the browser cache, try a different browser, try icognito etc. I had already explained when I opened the ticket that I tried all of this already. Im not having high hopes that this will be fixed anytime soon.
I was able to fix this myself. In IDE, it still lets you go to My Location and in there under Groups are all your rooms. I clicked each room until I found the ones that were throwing the 500 error. Then I went to the SmartThings web beta app and there I was able to delete each room with an issue. All of the device that were in the room went to unassigned in the app. Then I clicked each devices under each group in IDE one at a time to see which devices were throwing the 500 error. I was able to delete and exclude each problem device in the mobile app. Unplugged my hub for 30 minutes and when I plugged it back in it still seemed to be an issue. This morning when I woke up everything was back to working again. It even fixed another issue I had with Smart Lock Guest Access that would just say updating or not able to connect at this time that I had opened a ticket for.
