500 error when trying to delete the Hub from my account

I am trying to delete the hub from my account and I get a 500 error while trying to do the same. Can someone please help:

you must delete all devices first

the easiest/fastest way is thru the ide and device list.

while this will not exclude zwave devices for re-pairing, its easier to exclude them just prior to re-pairing.
