2nd Hub, different physical location?

I have a v2 hub at physical location 1

I spend a lot of time at physical location 2. This needs come up now because I’m working on an Arduino app that uses ST_Anything, so I need the Arduino and the ST hub to be on the same LAN.

If I get a 2nd hub for physical location 2, can the two hubs talk to each other (both have access to the devices located at physical location 1)?

Does it make a difference to the integration of the 2nd hub whether I get another v2 or a v3?
