My 2gig ct100 pairs with SmartThings, and was working with my vera controller fine.
In the smartthings app, when I click thermostat, nothing shows. It doesn’t display anything, even when I press refresh.
If I change the temp in the app, it does change on the thermostat, and then the battery status and the current heat setting appears, but other things like the current temp, and humidity still don’t display.
Any idea what could be wrong? I’ve tried replacing the batteries, excluding it, and pairing it again
