Been trying to update the stick to the latest firmware. I am getting the Firmware update failed: can’t open X modem session.
Using Simplicity Studio from Silicon Labs.
The stick is in firmware 7.13.

I have, been back and for with them. No answer yet.

You are selecting OTW Update correct?
I assume that you have updated your install of Simplicity Studio.
That is correct on both.
They are having me send it back. They will flash it for me or replace it.
