This is the only one I’ve heard of, but I don’t have personal experience and it’s no longer being manufactured so you’re stuck with eBay, etc:
The other option I can think of would be to combine a normally open or normally closed 120V solenoid valve with a smart outlet - something like this (reviews are not great, there should be plenty of similar products out there):
Combined with adapter fittings:
Then program your outlet to turn on when you want the water to flow.
Yeah, as @MarkTr mentioned, I think most people just use the smart plug method with a standard dumb electric valve. You can see several project reports on this approach. At the time, a lot of people were using a Wi-Fi plug because you get better range, but as long as you can find a Z wave/Zigbee One that works where you want to put it, you can use any model.
You can see some of the project reports on the following list:
This works fine, the only negative is that you are buying two devices instead of just one.
At our house, we use Orbit’s B-hyve, but the only integration would be through Alexa routines so it may not meet your needs. It’s Bluetooth to its own Wi-Fi bridge, then cloud cloud. We liked it because it’s battery powered and we didn’t have an outlet nearby. It’s been very reliable for us for about a year and a half.
