Zigbee Device called "Thing"

Hello!
I just installed a zigbee dimmer from U-fairy company.

The device looks nice and they said it works with Smartthings and actually it did since Smartthings discovered it but it discovered it as a “thing” and it continues to say “Please Wait” in the ST app.

I went to IDE and tried changing the DTH to lots of thing. nothing made it work i even tried to create the DTH from the template of zigbee dimmer but no luck.

I tried removing it and pairing then waiting but still nothing

Any thoughts?

I just contacted the company they said they use zigbee 3.0. does smartthings hub V2 support that?

Did you change the DTH to Zigbee Dimmer or Zigbee Dimmer Power (if the device reports watts)?

Yes i did.
I tried everything that said dimmer. Nothing worked @johnconstantelo

Come on experts.

Try adding the following fingerprint to the Zigbee Dimmer DTH and then join it again:
