I have already have a post in the Developers Section regarding this unit but I’m hoping someone here may know a device handler which will require minimal adjustment.
The device consists of two relays(switches) and two binary sensors.
It is recognised as a single Z Wave Relay in Smartthings and when the DH is changed to Dual Switch the second relay can be controlled.
I need to see the sensors, for door open/close and IR beam integration, preferably on the same device page.

All four endpoints are successfully recognised on Vera, Fibaro and Zipato systems.
