Z-wave repair failures, what is it telling me?

I’ve tried running the z-wave repair feature a couple of times after installing new z-wave devices. Everytime I run it, the following devices “fail to update the mesh info”:

Hall way Iris Gen 2 smart outlet (the zigbee outlet with z-wave repeater). It is about 12 feet from hub, but at the top of the stairs.

Bedroom Iris Gen 2 smart outlet (the zigbee outlet with z-wave repeater). It is about 25 feet from the hub, upstairs and behind/under the bed.

Bedroom Aeon Siren. It’s in the same room as the Bedroom Iris but out in the open and slightly closer to the hub.

I assume that the two devices in the bedroom fail because of the distance from the hub, but the Siren does sound when triggered by a device on other side and level of the house… so I guess it is in range? The hall way outlet repeater should easily be within range though. The hub sits in a closet at the bottom of the stairs and it is just at the top of the open designed stairs.

Assuming that it’s not a range issue, what can be done to get these to pass the repair test?

Have you read through here yet? some good info

No, that one did not come up on my search. Thanks for the link and I’ll go check it out.

How long should it take for the repair to run or does it ever tell you that it has finished? I’ve tried running mine several times and it will show one or two devices as failing and then just stay on that page with the circle spinning for 15+ minutes.

Is that normal?
