I just purchased the YHW Smart RGB LED Floor Lamp.
It is WiFi enabled and works with Alexa using the Surplife app.
Is there a way to connect it with Smartthings?

I don’t see any mention of that vendor in the partner section to add devices. Your best bet would be to create a virtual device using the ST Advanced Web App and installing the ST Alexa skill so devices in ST appear in Alexa. There are several possibilities for different virtual devices that might work including a Color Bulb, Dimmer/Switch, and RGBW Bulb. You use the virtual device as a trigger in Alexa routines to trigger actions on the physical device. You may not get the full range of functions, but you can certainly get the basics of on/off, dimming, and setting specific color/temp patterns based on the virtual device.
OK, I created the virtual device and Alexa found it. Do I now need to create a series of Alexa routines the perform the action on the real device based on what happens to the virtual device?
Yes, for example, if you turn on the virtual device in ST, you would have an Alexa routine that says “When virtual device X turns on, then turn on physical device Y”.
That is what I thought, but when I use the Alexa app, I do not see the majority of my smart home devices.
Are those the devices that are listed when you are creating a routine? If so, recall that only certain device types can be used as a trigger in an Alexa routine. Do you see all the devices from ST when you go to the devices tab in the Alexa app?
