Greetings all. I have been using my Yale YRD Zwave intigrated with smartthings using the rboy app. Its been working flawlessly for over a year now. Last few days I noticed it wasn’t auto unlocking.
I have pulled the batteries and reinserted into the lock. Rebooted smartthings but yet I still can’t control it from ST. It’s showing the correct state and giving notifications when I unlock manually with pin.
Any ideas
Have you contacted the @RBoy (see http://smartthings.rboyapps.com/) support folks, who can best help with their apps? That may be the best place to start…
Sounds like your lock may have lost directional communication with the hub. We did see this last year a few times but with the recent hub firmware updates it hasn’t happened here. Anyways try this:
You may also want to replace the batteries just to check especially if the motor is sounding weak.
