Yale home Lock

Hi guys I encountered a problem a few days before six months ago this part everything was fine with the routines, basically I did a routine when you lock the door all the lights turn off but in the Smartthigs app it remains as frizzy still open I have to update it on the page and it updates to closed and activates the routine :folded_hands:

@Alessio_Cimellaro which driver are you using ? What is the exact model of your lock ? What protocol are you using (Wifi, Zigbee, Thread , Z-wave )?
Can you send some CLI logs ?

The lock is Yale Linux l2 connected via brig yale, the protocol is Wi-Fi, connected via app

The Yale Linus L2 is supposed to support Matter over Wi-Fi. Why would you be using a bridge? Also, the screenshot says the producer is August (which is puzzling since this is supposed Yale) and that the connection type is the vendor’s cloud. Doesn’t seem like a hub connected device at all.

It is connected to the Yale hub because with the direct connection with hub it was not good for me and unfortunately I had to use its hub because the distance was too far, now I would like to understand what you mean that it is not connected with hub?

I mean that the lock is not connected to a ST hub. From your screenshot, it looks like since the lock is connected to the Yale hub, the ST connection from the Yale Cloud->ST Cloud. If that is the case, you need to contact Yale to find out why the status of the lock is not being properly updated in the ST cloud. Yale controls the cloud->cloud integration.

No, it’s fixed if college account Yale and I’ll reconnect it has Smartthigs? Can it be Perrier boogie doing this? Or do you think it doesn’t change anything?

it broke for me a few days ago, removing and re-adding did not work, might have to go back to zwave if its not fixed

Additionally, can you test changing the lock status from the physical device, taking note of the date and time when you attempt this, and share that timestamp with us, including your time zone? For example: 14:00 GMT-6
This is to see if we don’t get any report from the Cloud-to-Cloud integration.

Ah sorry, @Alessio_Cimellaro. My bad, I forgot to include the instructions. Here they are:

  1. Confirm the email account registered in the forum is the same one you use for SmartThings. If not, please share it with me over DM
  2. Enable support access to your account:
  1. Go to the SmartThings Web (my.smartthings.com)
  2. Log in to your Samsung Account
  3. Select Menu (⋮) and choose Settings
  4. Toggle on Account Data Access
  5. Select the time period and confirm - In this step, please select “Until turned off”, once the team finishes, we’ll let you know so you can disable it again.

There’s no rush, you can do the exercise, which will register logs in the Cloud if the event is being sent to SmartThings from the third-party cloud, then we’ll look for them using your timestamp. We don’t have to do this “live”.

Also, it would be useful to know if you can send commands from SmartThings to the Yale lock and if they work correctly.
