Anyone else having issues with WebCoRE at the moment? Given what the date was yesterday, I’m curious if Samsung have done something to break WebCoRE, or whether this is just affecting me.
Woke up to find nothing working. SmartThings appears to be working fine, but WebCoRE pistons are not working. Logging into WebCoRE results in the message " There was a problem loading the dashboard data. The data shown may be outdated; please log out if the problem persists." and then am unable to see or do anything. Any change/refresh of the page results in being prompted to enter the registration code again.
Live logging shows the following error whenever a piston should be triggered:
Cannot get property ‘logging’ on null object @line 817
║ Error while getting runtime data: java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot set property ‘timestamp’ on null object @line 708 (getRunTimeData)
I’ve tried a cleanup and rebuild of the cache, no dice.
Any advice, anything I can do? Or is this another outage like with IFTTT a couple of weeks back that’s affecting the masses and just requires waiting it out?
