Webcore and ST Version 1.7.77.22

Good Morning All,
I have searched many threads and googled how to get webcore to work in the new version of ST but after loading all the files on my ST IDE and publishing etc I cant see the smartapp in the discover area at the bottom. The Cast Web - Service Manager is there but the Webcore App has not shown up. Of note I am in Melbourne.

When I test the cast web app I get
Connected
OK: 200

you installed all 4 webcore smartapps in IDE? enabled OAuth for the webcore smartapp and published all 4?

note: webcore will be phased out when ST stops support for groovy on the ST platform so you would only be looking at short term use of it at this point.
