Was there a change in how the level state is set in the zwave dimmer switch generic DTH when switch is turned off?

Yes! It was fixed in the firmware update. Sorry, I meant to post here after the update, but forgot. I believe those GE dimmers also use the same DTH, but as I said, it’s fixed now, so you should be good to go.
