Have a supported Yale Z-Wave lock that works fine in all ways EXCEPT - nothing GPS/Location Based will trigger the lock to open. And Smartthings continually thinks we are away or home when the obverse is true. Hub is up-to-date. Ideas on what I am doing wrong?
IPhone, Android and SmartPresence fobs all present - NOT ONE will trigger the door to open when we arrive. Yale says to contact SmartThings. Any help is appreciated.
