VIRTUAL DEVICES V2: "Hub does not support edge drivers"

make sure following ports are open on your network:
11111
9443
443
39500
37

are you using wifi or ethernet?

Wifi 5ghz
I’ll open ports once this thing is functioning at a basic level
Right now it’s still sitting at 0% after 10 minutes of “downloading updates”

you may want to switch it over to Ethernet until you get it updated.

Yes, @newoski. You need to make sure your connection is stable, it might fail if it’s spotty.
If you are still stalled on the update process, please share access to your account so I can ask the team to check your Hub.

  1. Confirm the email account registered in the forum is the same one you use for SmartThings. If not, please share it with me over DM
  2. Enable support access to your account:
  1. Go to the SmartThings Web (my.smartthings.com)
  2. Log in to your Samsung Account
  3. Select Menu (⋮) and choose Settings
  4. Toggle on Account Data Access
  5. Select the time period and confirm - In this step, please select “Until turned off”, once the team finishes, we’ll let you know so you can disable it again.

OK, phew! So I finally have vEdge Creatio V2.91 setup and working.
I’ve created a virtual light switch and assigned it to my Home Theater room.
I also have a lighting group in the Home Theater containing all theater lights.
How do I connect the virtual light switch to the lighting group?

I’m sooooo close

(

Thanks again for everyone’s help

I don’t know the answer. You may want to post in the thread for the vEdge Creator (Virtual Devices V2).
