Please provide further info:
- Hub version: V2, V3
- Confirm the hub can be installed but it has an version below than 60
- Provide more background. For example, mention if it was previously installed and if it was disconnected for a while
Send the hub logs to build@smartthings.com, please.
O hub é a V3. Nunca consegui instalar o hub na aplicação.

Ok, please confirm you’ve followed the troubleshooting steps listed in the first thread you posted:
If your router doesn’t have an option for this, we suggest you try this workaround at a friend/family member’s house.
I’ve already done all that. I sent an email with the hub logs.
