V3 Hub cannot be installed

I can’t update the firmware; where can I send the pen drive package?

Please provide further info:

  1. Hub version: V2, V3
  2. Confirm the hub can be installed but it has an version below than 60
  3. Provide more background. For example, mention if it was previously installed and if it was disconnected for a while

O hub é a V3. Nunca consegui instalar o hub na aplicação.

Ok, please confirm you’ve followed the troubleshooting steps listed in the first thread you posted:

If your router doesn’t have an option for this, we suggest you try this workaround at a friend/family member’s house.

I’ve already done all that. I sent an email with the hub logs.
