Smarthing V3 Hub stuck when adding to account

Lat time I used my v3 hub was in 2021. Since then, it’s sat in a box until this past week.

WHen I power up my hub, the smarthings app lets me know a hub was found, and if I want to add it. I go thorugh the process of adding, but will evetually time out.

When adding to my Smarthings acct, it spends about 20 minutes on the “Registering Device” screen. The hub will blink bed/green throughout all this time.

Eventually, it times out and gives me error code 33-702.

I have factory reset the hub over 7 times, trying to add, and each time, getting the same error.

Funny thing is that once it times out, it still adds the hub to my smartthings Devices Tab, and shows as active/online. When I go in to Settings for hub, I attempt to check the “auto update Firmware” but soon disables itself.

If I check the Zigbee Secure Mode” I get an error stating “A Network Server error occurred. Try again later”

I have removed it, and performed a factory reset as described above, each time with the same outcome/error code.

Any ideas of what the issue may be?

Thanks for the reply! I saw that thread a few minutes ago and was configuring my router as described.

I’ll touch base with my results once all is said and done.

I tried several times again after blocking NTP port on my router.

I have downloaded the log files, screenshot of the error, as well as the other info needed. I just need to know where to send.
