V.3 HUB+Zooz ZSE40 V 2+ Alexa - Intermittent Motion signal sent to Alexa

My hub sees the motion sensor. I can see that motion is detected by the sensor and the hub through the smartthings app but only a small percentage of time is that motion sent on to Alexa where the sensor shows it has seen motion in the Alexa app.

Is this an issue with the Smartthings skill? Is there anything I can do about it?

Unfortunately, yes, it’s an issue with the smartthings skill and there’s nothing you can do about it. :disappointed_relieved: Engineering has known about it for sometime, but it continues to be something that just fails intermittently for some customers.
