I have a kwikset zwave lever on my front door and when i first installed it, I used the program button on it to program 3 codes. A few months later, I discovered the “User Lock Manager” smartapp in smartthings.
Occasionally when i Need to set up a code for guests, I use user lock manager and add codes to slot 4 or 5 and it works really well.
the problem is that when I either change or disable codes in slots 1-3, it doesnt always work.
Has anyone else experienced this? is this because I initially programmed the first 3 slots using the buttons on the lock itself? Is there any way to make it work more reliably?
Any help would be appreciated!
