Is there any way to do this to the local PC? Or, alternatively, is there support for version control like git in the IDE?
Github support is coming. Perhaps IDE-plugins in the longer-term. The only other way for now is to copy and paste things back and forth between the web-based IDE and your own preferred IDE.
