I’ve decided to upgrade to the v2 hub. I checked the email with the upgrade package link, but the link is dead. How should I purchase in order to receive either a discount or additional free sensors? Thanks in advance!
contact support@smartthings.com and let them know you didn’t receive the upgrade offer, they’ll send you the current deal
My first thought would be to check email more than once a month. The upgrade offer was issued on 8/17 and ran out on 8/18 . Good luck getting special consideration.
