No longer recieving notifications after updating the app.
Followed the instructions provided by the support team but still no luck.
Anyone have any ideas?

best recommendation is to continue using the SmartThings Classic app

Silly question but how can you verify if you have the latest or Classic app?

Classic has the big circle for the logo. Samsung Connect has the 6 small circles.
