Unable to connect to GutHub repo and unable to access smartapps

Hello,

Just got SmartThings V3 and connected my hub and zigbee bulbs and sensors. But when I am trying to add NST Manager, I am unable to do it as I can’t find the link to connect the repo. I also added some smart apps which I am unable to see on my mobile apps. So I did some digging and found that my profile is accessing my hub and all devices only through link ‘https://graph-eu01-euwest1.api.smartthings.com’. When I visit ‘https://graph-na02-useast1.api.smartthings.com’ link, I can access my account an add NST Manager through GutHub integraion but unable to see any of my devices or hub. I used o live in Europe which is where I created my Samsung account but I have moved to US after that and changed all the location information to US but don’t know why my SmartThings app is defaulting to EU server only and not sure how I can change it to US so that I can use NST Manager and all my devices together. Any help is much appreciated.

Use graph.api.smartthings.com instead

When accessing graph.api.smartthings.com getting ’ You don’t have any devices yet. Add one now.’ message and behaves same like accessing ’ https://graph-na02-useast1.api.smartthings.com’. I would have to add my hub and all the bulbs again and also not sure if my app will be able to show he devices.

Finally, version control for chubby software developers

You need to select your hub under locations

login to IDE at https://account.smartthings.com and it will redirect you to the appropriate SHARD

do not use graph.api to login

you may want to contact ST support to ensure your Samsung account is ported over to the US.you can reach them at https://support.smartthings.com

Yeah, this happened to me the other day. Went into ST, looked at smart apps, and everything was gone. Scared the hell out of me.

Realized I forgot to go to locations/hub first, lol.

For some reason I can’t log into the shard. It keeps saying invaild user name and/or password. They are both correct.

Edit to update: Not sure what the glitch was but after 45 mins it let me log on.

Probably a temporary outage. I’ve seen the same thing happen! Check the SmartThings Status page—sometimes it is reported there…
