UK V2 Hub not communicating with Hue devices (June 2023)

Yes, you need to try to send commands to the lights (which don’t work) and trigger events for the motion sensor in case it doesn’t show the status correctly in the app.

You can copy the text by selecting it, and hitting right-click on your mouse over the text selected. Then, paste it into a Notepad file.
This is to avoid Word trying to format the text differently, Notepad allows you to paste the text as it is.
