Two way speak smartthings camera which can record on motion at local NAS, so basically similar to NEST Cam without paying for subscriptions, is there a one?

Most ip cameras will have live feed or image capture with community device handler/smartapps but it’s unofficial.

Thanks, I was going to buy nest indoor cam. But don’t wana make my video public.

Therere few good ip. Cameras but they don’t have decent two way audio.
