I deleted my TV from smarthings trying to figure out how to voice command turn it on and now I cant add it back to smarthings. Anyone know how to either factory reset the TV or get smart things to see my tv?
You can factory reset with the below steps. You will lose all of your picture settings, Netflix sign-in, etc. Once the TV is factory reset, you should be able to sign in with your Samsung account used with SmartThings which will add the TV device.
Navigate to Settings and then General . Select Reset . Enter your PIN (0000 is the default) and then select Reset . To complete the reset, select OK . Your TV will restart automatically. If these steps don’t match your TV, navigate to Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis , and Reset will be located in that menu.
