I recently got a new Samsung Microwave and get way too many annoying notifications. As I understand it, there are several different levels of notifications: App (IoS, which I assume covers all ST notifications), a specific automation notification (which is one that I could configure and is not the case here), the summary of historical notifications from the app (which has a filter for listing them and that works, but that filter does not stop them going to my iphone), and then the ones that come up every time I use my microwave. Any idea how to shut off these last notifications?

There should be a page of notification settings accessible either from the app settings page (the cog on the Menu tab) or from the three dot menu (or an iOS equivalent) on the notifications history page. That should let you turn off device notifications, though whether it applies to your microwave or not is another question.
I could probably turn everything off, but I don’t want to do that. Only the microwave and a few other things that are annoying. Looks like the cog may do that. Made some edits and will test out!
