I got a new one, but I cant seem to get it to show up as a new thing on ST. I looked at the tutorial, and followed all the steps. When I added one of those in the past, I remember seeing an “Outdoor Outlet” option, but now I do not see it…
Try doing a general exclusion on the device. It may be configured for another zwave network.

I’ve had a time with these before…I think mine was possibly the distance from the Hub, but after numerous tries I finally got it to connect.
Definitely try excluding it with Exclusion mode on ST.
It is usually best for new devices to be as close as you can to the hub for initial Discovery.
