Trouble with connecting Aeon labs dimmer, help please

I have the Aeon Labs Micro smart energy switch G2 (DSC18103-ZWUS) .

First time i tried to connect it , it was added as an outlet by the Smartthings app. I tried to toggle the switch inside the app, but nothing happened. So i deleted the device and excluded it from the HUB. Now the LED on the dimmer is blinking and i can`t find it when i try to connect it. Anyone can help me solve this?

I am experiencing the same situation. I have moved the hub as close as possible and pressed the onboard button >10 times rapidly. It breifly long flashes then goes back to slow blink

I was able to correct this by following the 2nd part the install instructions on “excluding” the device then connecting to it
