Is it possible to have smartthings respond to power usage? I’d like to automatically adjust lighting when I turn on a projector.

There is a newer version of this also. I use this exact model to send me push notifications when the laundry is done by monitoring power usage.
Thank @jabbera now I have to buy 4 of these. 3 for the TV’s so I can see if the kids left them on and I can toggle these off then back on to put the TV’s back in stand by. And the 4th to trigger a small led light somewhere in the house to let me have a visual my heat cables on my roof are on

Any suggestions on what smartapp I can use to achieve this? The Laundry Done app seems to be the opposite of what I am looking for
