Tkb energy socket not controllable (17 Sept 2019)

Yesterday my tkb socket stopped responding to commands. Manual on offs on the socket update on smartthings but on off via the app or actiontiles nothing happens.
Tried changing the dh in the ide , z-wave repair
Ironically same brand/model next to it works fine

Yesterday there were major problems affecting users around the world with all kinds of different issues. :disappointed_relieved: so it was really hard to troubleshoot anything.

After the hub firmware update completes today, I would just try again and see if it’s working then.

This is today. I was away the day before

Since new hub firmware is being released today, I’d still wait until after that’s done.

I’ve put a ticket in lol. But your right I’ll wait a bit longer before trying excluding and reinstalling. Weird that everything else even same sock in same room all fine.
Have to do it the old fashioned way and press a real button

End up excluding it and reinstalling it works fine now
