Tilt control for Somfy Tahoma integration

I enabled the Somfy TaHoma integration in the Samsung SmartThings app, but I found out that although I can see all the blinds in SmartThings correctly, I can’t adjust the tilt angle of the slats. The blinds can only move up and down.
There is a somewhat confusing % slider, which I initially thought is for the tilt angle, but it turned out it is only for how far the blinds roll up vs. down.
Unfortunately, unlike the Google Home integration which I tried in the past, I also can’t see my predefined TaHoma scenes in SmartThings, which would partially solve this tilting issue. (I could use it as a workaround.)

Notes:

  1. I have Somfy IO motors and controls, not RTS.
  2. I reported the issue to Somfy, but they claim that this is a known limitation on the SmartThings side, not Somfy side.

The ask is: Please add the ability to control tilt of the blinds from SmartThings, so that I can create all automations and routines in the SmartThings ecosystem, rather than Somfy Tahoma.

I notice that there is a proposed windowShadeTiltLevel capability, which suggests SmartThings have at least heard of Venetian blinds. However the shadeTiltLevel attribute is expressed as a percentage from fully closed to fully open which suggests they perhaps haven’t used one given that the most logical ‘open’ position for the slats would be horizontal and that you can ‘close’ the blind in two directions.
