I subscribed to SMS updates for Smartthings Status and my phone has been blowing up worse than you’d expect from a crazy ex-lover, yet on a day when there are no reported issues (today), my app loads an empty home, no matter how many attempts, for 1 hour, and then finally loads my home with all of the rooms and devices in random order, after I spent a lot of time organizing them with the brutal UI. This is excruciating for someone with close to 100 devices.
Edit: And now all my devices are “Not reachable” and the only status is “Checking…”. Brilliant.
