Tuya has had a battery powered mmWave sensor for over a year and aqara has the FP 300 out to beta testers, but not wide release yet. I think this is just the first one for Third Reality.
i’ve had it since CES in January. As Shane points out in his video, it is NOT a presence sensor. It is a motion sensor. A very sensitive one at that. But set your expectations accordingly…
