Thermostat sinope - auto mode

Hi,
I owned 3x TH1123WF Sinope thermostats since beginning of winter. I mastered routines and used a lot “auto” mode which allow to return to my temperature schedule in Neviweb (ex return vacation, go back auto; return auto after “energy challenges”).
However, around april, I discovered my routine never return to auto.
Basically the option just disappear in Smartthings (but not neviweb). And even more strangely to only one of them. They are both the same product, have the same app version (2.3.49.10).
I have no clue if it comes from ST or Neviweb?

Thanks!

Here are some things to try… In that order.

1- Refresh the link from Neviweb to SmartThings.
2- Unistall and re-install the guilty Thermostat in Neviweb.
3- Contact Sinope.

I have 4 TH1124WF and have had some issues with connection and data sharing from Neviweb to SmartThings. Sinope did resolve the issue.

Thanks.
Both 1 and 2 works… for a couple of hours. All of them eventually reverted to frostguard and heat.
I wrote to Sinope, I let you know.

One thing I must point out: I do not control anything through Neviweb. For settings I use a virtual switch for every temperature setting to be selected and include all the thermostats in a rule (routine) adjusting ONLY the temperature set point. All the thermostats simply change set temperature. All thermostats are set to manual and no schedule is set.
If you add ten virtual switches, that means you will have ten different set points that you set to your liking plus scheduling and all thermostats follow. A bunch of Meross thermostats and the 4 Sinope all at the same time here, great for Hydro Quebec peaks flex D rate which is similar to HiLo if you live in QC.
Some ideas of virtual switches for settings all thermostats… Morning peak, Afternoon peak, A/C standing by, A/C running, Away at work, Return home, Vacation, Frost protection, 20 degrees, 21 degrees, 22 degrees, etc
Good luck

Hi
In fact, I already used a couple of switches to manage Hilo challenges. But I was thinking it would be too complicated to generate the full week schedule directly in SmartThings. I will think about it, since I now have 1 winter experience with smart thermostat…
Thanks!
