The SmartThings App Crashes when I Attempt to Create a Routine

I have the SmartThings app installed on my iPhone 16 Pro Max. I created several routines in the past without a problem. Since April 15, however, when I attempt to create a new routine, the app crashes when I tap on the “Device Status” option.

I performed the following troubleshooting actions:

  1. Restarted my iPhone.
  2. Deleted and re-installed the SmartThings app.
  3. Deleted the app’s local data.

All of the above actions, however, did not fix the problem. I sent an email to support@smartthings.com, but received no response.

Could you please help me troubleshoot this issue?

That email address has been shut down. To report issues, you need to go through the app. Tap or Menu and select Contact us and Error reports
