I have the SmartThings app installed on my iPhone 16 Pro Max. I created several routines in the past without a problem. Since April 15, however, when I attempt to create a new routine, the app crashes when I tap on the “Device Status” option.
I performed the following troubleshooting actions:
- Restarted my iPhone.
- Deleted and re-installed the SmartThings app.
- Deleted the app’s local data.
All of the above actions, however, did not fix the problem. I sent an email to support@smartthings.com, but received no response.
Could you please help me troubleshoot this issue?
