Hi all,
Since upgrading to an iPhone 15 (iOS 18.0.1), I have no longer been able to upload photos to my Frame library.
“Add your photos+” option is shaded light grey and cannot be clicked on. The phone claims it is on a different wifi than the tv, which is not the case.
Samsung’s support team has not been able to resolve this matter, so any advice is welcome!

The only thought that comes to mind is to try a fresh install of the app. Though I have the feeling it will require an app fix from ST.
I’ve been using The Frame for a while, and I wish it had an easier way to sync iPhone photos directly. Right now, uploading pictures through the SmartThings app is the only real option, but it’s not as seamless as some other user-friendly digital picture frames. If they added direct iCloud integration or an automatic sync feature, it would make things way simpler. Hopefully, a future update improves this process.
