Temperature and humidity status not appearing when hvac is off

Hi everyone,

I used to check temperature and humidity of my windfree when it is off,

But since some update I can only see when I turn on,

Do you guys know how to fix ? And make temperature and humidity status appear when the hvac is off ?

I have the same issue and I noticed this started 2 months ago after some update to smarthings app
