TCP / UDP Commands to ST Hub

Hello ST,
Most of the Iot Platforms are providing api’s as RESTful only.

My Simple and single question is can a normal developer can Send TCP / UDP Commands to ST hub without using any SmartApp. Reason is, I would like control ST Hub from my custom Mobile Application.

If it is possible, please let me know…

This is not currently possible. You would need to interact with the ST cloud via a SmartApp.
