Sylvania Smart+ RGBW A19 won't stay off

I’ve got a color bulb that has been refusing to shut off for about three days. No new related automations but I did install a new Inovelli dimmer and move around a couple of GE switches this weekend (all z-wave). Every time I turn off the bulb by routine, voice or app, it pops back on a second or two later. Regardless of what it’s doing when I turn it off, it always comes back on in a soft white. Nothing is showing up on the Recently tab, just “switch is off…switch is on”. Any ideas?

I’m using the stock Zigbee RGB bulb handler, V2 hub, and mostly the classic app; my primary automations are through Smart Lighting but I had some color stuff set up through webcore. Removing this bulb from the list of authorized webcore devices hasn’t made a difference.

This is the only thread I’ve found with any similar behavior. I would have guessed the cause was similar, a backend change, but I have another of these bulbs which is behaving properly, along with several Smart+ soft white bulbs. The other color bulb was installed 5-6 months after the first so if it’s a question of runtime, there’s a big difference there.

I’ve submitted a support ticket to Sylvania and I’ll get one in to Samsung tomorrow. Anything else I’m missing?

Here’s some live logging while I turn it off:
